Flow control valve / Needle valve
Application:
It is suitable for water industrial pipeline with working temperature ≤80C, serve as flow and pressure regulating device, and also for stopping and sealing use. It is widely used on the pipeline of reservoir water diversion, urban water supply, and industrial water supply.
Structure features:
1. The piston inside the shell reciprocates straightly in the axial direction of pipeline, increasing or decreasing the stopping area of outlet, to regulate the flow. No matter the piston moves to any position, the flow section of the valve chamber is annular, and shrink toward axis at the outlet, to effectively prevents the damage to the valve body and the pipeline from the possible cavitation of stopping section
2. The sealing structure is double seals of metal to metal and metal to rubber, to realize double bubble level seal. This sealing system is of long service life, and can be closed tightly
3. According to different operating conditions, water passing characteristics of flow regulating valve can be regulated by the parts on the downstream outlet (to replace the outlet parts), so as to adapt to the requirements of different operating conditions, and achieve the best the effect of flow regulating. There are four types of regulating parts: E, F, L, and S.
E type, with the structure of cut-off curve take straight and suddenly enlarged on cross section along the downstream of sealing seat, so as to eliminate the cavitation damage. It is suitable for controlling flow, high pressure, and high pressure condition.
F type, there is a short diffusion tube in the valve outlet, suitable for regulating and opening/closing condition. When opening and closing, the water head loss is very small, and the resistance is small when it is fully open.
L type, anti cavitation porous ring is installed on the closed guided parts of piston in the valve cavity, which is suitable for regulating, with anti cavitation, high pressure difference, small back pressure (reservoir entrance). It’s control and regulate characteristics match with the requirements of operating conditions best, so as to eliminate of cavitation.
S type, the closed guiding parts has a slotted sleeve, which is suitable for controlling the flow, adjusting the high pressure difference and enough back pressure condition. It’s regulatory match with operating condition to achieve better effect.
